BCQuick is fixed price to reduce the risk_

BCQuick is our fixed price implementation model for Dynamics 365 Business Central. 

Our process is simple. We'll be in touch to gather your requirements, this is usually via a before we meet form. We'll showcase you the product, and we'll take it from there. 

Our standard process takes approximately 7 weeks to deliver the core financials element of the solution. Think of it like a MVP. Then we'll work with you to scope out additional requirements and the deployment of additional packs. 

As standard BCQuick includes the following elements of Dynamics 365 Business Central:

• Single company setup/general ledger
• Bank reconciliation
• General, recurring & reversing journal entries
• General ledger budgets
• Standard tax

• Standard BS and IS reporting
• Dimension (financial tags) reporting

• Vendor payment management (ACH or check)

Optional bolt-ons are also available across Inventory, Warehousing, Assembly, Project Accounting and Multi-company. 

We follow a simple three stage process to deploying BCQuick and Business Central. 

One-time Implementation Costs: 

Choose implementation packs based on the features you require for a smooth initiation. It’s prudent to begin with the basics; once the system is operational, you can enhance and expand its capabilities progressively.

Monthly Licences:

Dynamics 365 Business Central licenses are required for the project (these are at additional cost). Typically, less are required than if you were going for a fuller implementation. These licenses provide access to different features and capabilities in Business Central based on your business needs.

Monthly Support:

Every implementation of BCQuick comes with our BCQuick Support plan. This ensures your system runs smoothly and that you have uninterrupted access to Business Central.

Projects are booked on a block & slot basis to make sure we hit go-live. We set a firm go-live date.

Key dates for blocks & slots are discussed with sales and confirmed with our PMO team through a project kick off call.

Blocks are used for bookings to ensure that time is dedicated to successfully trained and testing on a particular pack or set of packs

Once dates have been confirmed, the PMO Team then send invites to all sessions so they’re in everyone's calendars.

Any additional packs or development added during the project may not be possible to fit in on the same schedule. We always advise to do anything extra as a phase 2 (more on this later!).

All slots are booked in our block method (Monday-Thursday), as shown on the next couple of slides, however important to note: Longer calls are booked either a morning or afternoon slot (9:30-12pm) or (13:30-4pm) and shorter calls will be booked on our meeting slots (8:30am or 4pm).
